A popular park for walkers and joggers and also fishing. Stroll around a beautiful lakeside setting. The one kilometer path circles the lake allowing views of a wide variety of birds. Relax on one of the lakeside benches in the early evening to watch the fish jumping or enjoy this quiet setting from either of the floating docks.
Fishing at the lake is open to seniors and children under 16. The most common species is rainbow trout (20 - 30 cm) which are restocked annually, also carp and catfish. No power boats allowed are allowed on this 5 hectare lake. Parking at north and south ends, also picnic shelter, tots playground, washrooms.
