A 55,625 hectare playground for nature enthusiasts, hikers, mountain climbers, and horseback riders. It was established in 1967 and is named for the snow-capped twin peaks of Mount Blanshard, which take on the golden glow of the setting sun
This park encourages family recreation along Alouette Lake and numerous creeks and lakes in the Coast Mountain Range, and provides boat launching and more than 350 camping sites.
Numerous tributaries, creeks, and connecting lakes are yours to explore. An extensive trail system allows hikers and horseback riders to explore the natural splendor of this park.
